Who we are
Battlezone (battlezone.bg) – indoor airsoft arena, Hristo Botev Factory, Devnya St., Varna, Bulgaria. This policy explains how we process personal data on www.battlezone.bg and in the BattleZone apps for Android and iOS. Questions: info@battlezone.bg or +359 87 96 22 002.
What data we collect
Account: name, phone number, email, password (we store only an encrypted hash) and your confirmation that you are 16 or older.
Bookings: the game you choose, the number of players, the equipment type, and the names and phone numbers of friends you add to a booking. The arena also records attendance.
Technical data: a login cookie, the Cloudflare Turnstile security check against bots and – on the website only – Google Analytics and Google Ads for visit statistics. The apps use no ads, analytics or tracking.
Why we use it
To create and keep your account, verify your phone with an SMS code, take and manage your bookings, tell you when a game is cancelled, and keep the arena safe and fair. Legal basis: performing the contract (your booking) and our legitimate interest (security, preventing abuse). Website analytics cookies – with your consent.
The 3-minute game reminders in the apps are created locally on your phone and send no data anywhere.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use providers that process it on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), SMSAPI (sending SMS codes), Cloudflare (bot check), Telegram (new-booking notifications to arena staff) and Google (website statistics).
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. SMS codes expire after 10 minutes. After you delete your account, bookings stay in the arena's records but without any name, phone or other personal data.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time: in the app – Profile → “Delete account”; on the website – “My bookings” → “Delete account”. Your upcoming bookings are cancelled, the account, SMS codes and sessions are deleted, and names and phone numbers (yours and your friends') are removed from past bookings. If you can't access your account, email info@battlezone.bg from the account's email or call +359 87 96 22 002.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. You can file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
Children
Accounts are for people aged 16 or older. Players aged 14–18 may play only with a consent form signed by a parent.
